Name – to reply to you by your personal name.
Email – to reply to your enquiry.
Message – to gain information to match our availability and suitability for therapy with me and my approach.

Your personal and sensitive details are kept private.
I do not share your information or details with anyone else.
What do I do with your information:
I use your information to reply to your personal enquiry.
I do not keep/store enquiry email addresses.
I do not (know how to) look at or use IP addresses.
How long do I keep hold of your information:
I use/keep your name, contact details and any other information you offer for the duration of your enquiry.
If we don’t go on to work together therapeutically – I will delete your information once the enquiry period is over.
If we do go on to work together, I will keep a paper copy of the information you have shared, for as long as necessary.
How can you access the information I hold about you:
I take care to protect the information you choose to share in your enquiry, whether that be via telephone, email or using the contact form on this/my website.
I do not use your information for any other reason (e.g. marketing) other than for providing a good enquiry service and a good therapy business.
