Within Psychotherapy we can work through many issues including low mood, depression, trauma, stress, grief, loss, change, anxiety, low self esteem, abuse, self harm, work issues, eating disorders, low self worth, addictions, relationships, family difficulties or you can access for personal development, & training needs. Together we can work through your feelings, thoughts and experiences in the hope that you can feel more positive, peaceful and proud of yourself. I am trained, qualified and experienced in providing humanistic person-centred therapy. Additional training in Cognitive behavioural therapy CBT, brief solution focused therapy, mindfulness and guided imagery are among a number of other skills, tools and approaches we can incorporate.
